Basic Qualifications External applicants are expected to have the following experience: 5+ years of experience directly managing 5-10 sales professionals within Commercial Real Estate, Digital Advertising/Marketing or adjacent transactional sales; including the ability to attract, hire, train and develop a high performing sales team.
